Schedule your appointment for Transfer Admitted Student Day and let us plan to officially welcome you to UHD! Students are required to schedule an appointment so that we can personalize your visit and maximize your time with us!
Transfer Admitted Student Day appointments are available in Student E-Services. You will need your 9-digit UHD ID # that was included in your acceptance letter.
Once you access Student E-Services, select Admitted Transfer Students and log in. Firefox is the preferred browser when scheduling your appointment.
By the end of your visit you could make the leap from admitted to enrolled student – becoming an official member of the Gator family!
During Transfer Admitted Student Day you can:
|Satisfy your bacterial meningitis requirement by submitting your proof of the vaccination, obtaining the vaccination during your visit or submitting the qualified exemption.|
|Participate in your academic advising session to determine testing needs, receive course approval and register for your fall classes.*Advisors from the Academic Colleges will also be available to assist students who have approved, declared majors*
|Receive financial aid counseling to help you further understand your scholarship or financial aid options.|
|Experience UHD by meeting current students, touring our dynamic campus and making a connection with your future Gator community.|
Transfer Admitted Student Day is Optional for Distance Education and Online only students.
Distance Education students: for advising at your campus, contact the advisors at UHD Northwest, UHD CyFair, UHD Kingwood, or UHD Atascocita to schedule an advising appointment.
Online only students: visit or speak with a distance education advisor.
