Research Interests
Molecular systematics. Most recently, I collaborated with Dr. Deanna McCullough on a project examining the systematics of the plant, Mimosa, in Texas. The aim of this study is to understand the distribution and genetic variation of an ecotype of Mimosa to clarify its taxonomy.
