Graduate Degree
The Master of Science in Criminal Justice requires a minimum of 36 semester hours. Students may chose either a thesis or non-thesis track. In order to remain in good academic standing, students must maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0.
Transfer of previous graduate coursework of up to 6 hours is acceptable provided that the courses were offered by an accredited university and the student was assigned a grade of at least a "B."
Students are expected to complete a course of study which includes a total of 36 semester hours. The following outline is the basic distribution of course work:
