Organization Description
Air Security International is Security Consulting Firm that provides information gathering, monitoring and distribution of worldwide Intelligence through its World Watch On-line database. Other services customized security briefings for corporate security, aviation or travel departments and publishing the daily Hot Spots. The interns will be working in the Intelligence Department located on the 6 th floor.

Description of Internship
Interns will be participating in activities that include: being trained how to input data into our “events database” and into our publications, assist with 24 hour worldwide event monitoring (some hours at night or weekends). We will provide opportunities for the interns to be present at discussions and planning sessions relating to threats, evacuations or security planning. They will also assist regional analysts with: morning information searches, hotel security checks, entering security incidents into the database.

Criteria for Interns
Prefer students with a background in History/ Political Science/ Geography/ International Studies. Students should be advanced in their degree plan (Jr. or Sr.) and have strong written communication skills and strong research skills
