UHD Study Abroad Trip to Costa Rica

STEPS TO SIGN UP FOR THE UHD COSTA RICA STUDY ABROAD TRIP
SUMMER I, June 1-29, 2013

1. Decide to go and get a passport if you don’t already have one! (The sooner you do this, the better!)
2. Fill out the Application Form on the http://www.soleducation.com/uhd website and submit to Sol Education Abroad.
3. Fill out the UHD Application Form. You may do this at the Information Session on October 11, 2012 (see attached flyer) or e-mail Dr. Raquel Chiquillo for the forms at chiquillor@uhd.edu. When you get them print and fill them out, then drop them off at Dr. Chiquillo’s office, 1079-S (One Main Building).
4. Pay your deposit by February 1st, 2013.
5. Make your first installment payment by March 15, 2013.
6. Register for your Summer I classes during Spring Semester and pay all corresponding UHD tuition fees.
7. Make your final payment on time by April 15, 2013.
