INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY- Operations and Event Planning
Position: Internship (unpaid)
Start date: Flexible hours during Spring Semester
Duration: Flexible
Number of hours pr week: 20 hrs per week minimum

Description of Internship
On Point is seeking a Marketing or Communications Intern to assist the Operations Manager and the CEO with all aspects of Marketing and Event Planning for the organization. This internship will encompass a variety of job responsibilities, among which include article writing, market research, developing sales collateral, assisting Operations with client travel bookings and web site design and management.

Responsibilities (What you can expect to be working on):

• Developing/writing creative, relevant and informative web site content
• Supporting Operations
• Conducting research
• Developing new marketing collateral

Requirements (What we are looking for in the perfect candidate):

• Excellent creative writing skills
• Attentive to detail/well organize
• Accountable and reliable
• Articulate, presentable and confident
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Internet savvy
• Basic sports knowledge
• Quick learner
• Self starter/requires minimal supervision

Potential beyond internship: We have both part time and full time opportunities available in 2011.
