The Right of Way Certificate Program focuses on the training needs of the Private Sector in the Right of Way (ROW) industry. Its curriculum is designed to teach the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the ROW field. All of the program's instructors are highly experienced Private Sector ROW professionals from the CLS-Professional Development Institute.
This noncredit certificate provides a vehicle to enhance the skills of those interested in entering the ROW profession and improve their chances of joining this highly-demanded and expanding field. Courses contain the issues, tasks, challenges, strategies and hands-on information required by individuals who plan on working in the Private Sector of ROW.
The ROW Certificate can be completed online. The curriculum consists of six modules; each module contains two or three courses. All courses have been approved for Recertification Credits for the Senior Right of Way Professional (SR/WA) Designation by the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
