Student must file a Notice of Intent to Complete a Minor with
the College of Business no later than the commencement of
the final 15 hours of semester credit hours work towards the
degree.
Student must have a 2.0 cumulative GPA or better at UHD to
be approved to pursue a minor.
Student must have a 2.0 GPA or better in courses in the minor
for the minor to be certified at graduation.
No field experience course may be applied to a minor program.
The minor field elected must be different from the major.
Student must complete all course work required for the minor
in addition to all course work required for the degree prior
to graduation.
In some instances courses listed as requirements or options
for the minor program may have prerequisites which are not
listed as part of the program. Prerequisites will not be waived.
At least 12 of the 18 total hours required for the Minor in
General Business must be taken at the upper division (3000
or 4000 level).
