CLASSES DATES
JUNE 6, 2011	Summer II classes begin
JULY 25, 2011	Last class day
JULY 26-27, 2011	Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.

REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 11, 2011	Priority web registration for declared majors begins at 8 am.
APRIL 18, 2011	Web registration for all other students.
JUNE 2, 2011	Last day for Regular Registration (6pm)
JUNE 3-6, 2011	Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 am.
JUNE 13, 2011	Last day to drop a class without a grade. (Official Day of Record)
JULY 7, 2011	Last day to withdraw from a course.

NOTE:

Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
In person transactions must be made by business closing time.

PAYMENT DATES
JUNE 2, 2011	Last day to make payment for Regular Registration (6pm) or classes will be dropped
JUNE 29, 2011	Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6pm or classes will be dropped.
JULY 1, 2011	Second/Final payment for installment loan due ($10 Late Fee)
JULY 25, 2011	Last day to pay installment loan balance without $50 default fee.

REFUND DATES
JUNE 5, 2011	Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by 5 p.m. on Friday, JUNE 3, 2011.
JUNE 6-8, 2011	Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
JUNE 9-14, 2011	Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds for complete withdrawals after JUNE 14, 2011.
JUNE 13, 2011	Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal

JUNE 10, 2011	Summer 2011 Financial Aid Deadline
AUGUST 1, 2011	Fall 2011 application deadline for transfer admission

JULY 4, 2011	Independence Day, University closed

GRADUATION APPLICATION DATES

IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES
MAY 27, 2011	Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
JUNE 2, 2011	Math Bypass Testing - S705 (Math 1301, 1302, 1404 only), 10am-12 noon and 2-4pm
JUNE 13, 2011	Official Day of Record/Last day to:
	• appeal residency status
	• drop without a grade
	• receive refund for partial withdrawal
	• change to audit status
	• request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
JUNE 29, 2011	Reporting Date
JULY 26, 2011	Faculty Online Grade Entry begins at 8am
AUG 1, 2011	Deadline for Faculty Online Grade Entry ends at 12 noon.
AUG 2, 2011	Grades available (12 noon) at www.uhd.edu/eservices
