REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 12, 2010 Priority web registration for declared majors begins at 8 am.
APRIL 19, 2010 Web registration for all other students
MAY 27, 2010 Last day for Regular Registration (6pm)
MAY 28 -
JUNE 1, 2010		 Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 am.
JUNE 7, 2010 Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
JUNE 24, 2010 Last day to withdraw from a course.
 
NOTE Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
In person transactions must be made by business closing time.
 
PAYMENT DATES
MAY 27, 2010 Last day to make payment for Regular Registration (6pm) or classes will be dropped
JUNE 9, 2010 Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6pm or classes will be dropped.
JUNE 25, 2010 Second/Final payment due for installment loan ($10 late fee).
JULY 1, 2010 Last day to pay installment loan balance without $50 Default fee.
 
REFUND DATES
MAY 31, 2010 Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by Friday, May 28, 5pm.
JUNE 1-3, 2010 Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
JUNE 4-9, 2010 Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds after June 9th.
JUNE 7, 2010 Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal
 
CLASSES DATES
JUNE 1, 2010 Summer I classes begin
JUNE 30, 2010 Last class day
JULY 1, 2010 Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.
 
APPLICATION DEADLINES
JUNE 1, 2010 Fall 2010 application deadline for freshman admission
JUNE 1, 2010 Fall 2010 application deadline for Master of Arts in Teaching program (not seeking teacher certification)
JUNE 1, 2010 Fall 2010 application deadline for Master of Arts in Teaching with Certification program (seeking certification)
JUNE 4, 2010 Summer 2010 Financial Aid Deadline
AUGUST 15, 2010 Fall 2010 application deadline for transfer admission
 
HOLIDAYS
MAY 31, 2010 Memorial Day, University closed
JULY 5, 2010 Independence Day, University closed
 
IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES
MAY 14, 2010 Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
MAY 27, 2010 Math Bypass Testing - S705 (Math 1301, 1302, 1404 only), 10am-12 noon and 2-4pm
JUNE 7, 2010 Official Day of Record/Last day to:
  • appeal residency status
  • drop without a grade
  • receive refund for partial withdrawal
  • change to audit status
  • request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
JUNE 9, 2010 Reporting Date
JULY 1, 2010 Faculty Online Grade Entry begins at 8am
JULY 6, 2010 Deadline for Faculty Online Grade Entry ends at 12 noon.
JULY 7, 2010 Grades available (12 noon) at www.uhd.edu/eservices
