The Office of Community Relations and Conference Services schedules and reserves campus space and facilities for all of the rooms listed below. To reserve, please submit an event room request online and submit any additional forms necessary with the original authorized signatures in order to provide services for your event.
We have a variety of facilities available for reservation including lecture halls, conference rooms, the Special Events area, the Wilhelmina Cullen Robertson Auditorium, Coffee House area, Willow Street Pump Station, Commerce Street Building, various classrooms and the UHD Veranda Deck. By clicking on the links below you can obtain information about each type of facility listed including a brief description of the facility, a floor plan and a picture.
