The Office of
Community Relations and Conference Services schedules and reserves campus
space and facilities for all of the rooms listed below. To reserve
one of these rooms please complete a Event
Request Form
and submit it to the Office of Community Relations and Conference
Services in room 621-S.
We have a variety of facilities available for reservation including lecture
halls, conference rooms, the Special Events area, the Wilhelmina Cullen
Robertson Auditorium, Coffee House area, Willow Street Pump Station, Commerce
Street Building, various classrooms and the UHD Veranda Deck. By
clicking on the links below you can obtain information about each type
of facility listed including a brief description of the facility, a floor
plan and a picture. (Please note that floor plans are not available for
all facilities listed). If you have any questions about the information
