What are the advantages of using PASS?

Two of the most significant advantages are security and speed. Personal information is properly secured by a unique, self-generated password. Adding to increased security is the advantage of immediate updates. Changes to addresses, telephone numbers, contact information, withholding allowances and direct deposits are accomplished in real time.

Using a web browser, faculty and staff can log into PeopleSoft, view their information held in the system and make changes where applicable. Employees will need their employee ID (commonly referred to as “Empl ID”, this number may be found on paycheck stubs or PARs), date of birth, and last four digits of their social security number. After the initial log in, the system will require that users change their password. Click here to log into PASS
