Online Directory Update Request

The information in UHD’s Online Directory is pulled from the PeopleSoft HR system and must be updated in that system before it will appear in the online directory.  UHD Employment Services and Operations will review the request and make appropriate changes to the PeopleSoft HR system.

You can make this change in PASS.

Log into PASS (PeopleSoft Self Service) and update the “preferred name” field under Personal Information.
(Note: The update will not take place immediately in the online directory but should occur within one week.)
