Compensation is an integral component of Employment Services and Operations, as it is the area responsible for establishing and implementing university policies and procedures that ensure an equitable and competitive pay structure at UHD.

Some of the services offered include job reclassifications, benchmarking, internal/external equity analysis, and job description formulation and maintenance. Our fundamental goal is to create a compensation program that attracts, employs, and retains a talented and qualified workforce.
