I currently serve as Manager of Compensation in the Division of Employment Services & Operations.  My employment with the University of Houston-Downtown spans over sixteen years and has focused in the areas of compensation, compliance reporting, performance appraisal management, records administration, and office management.  My previous employers include the Brownsville Independent School District and the Law Offices of Daniel W. Lowe.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree, conferred by UHD in 1999.  I am currently a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the Texas Higher Education Human Resources Association (THEHRA).
