House Bill 1016, enacted by the 76th Legislature, and codified as Section 2052.0021, Government Code, stipulates that state agencies will make available all reports required by law in an electronic format. 

The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts provides a list of the Required Reports Prepared by State Agencies and Institutions of Higher Education 2000-2001 Biennium.
