Minority Hiring Practices
Up to UHD State Required Reports

All state agencies and institutions of higher education shall report to the Texas Commission of Human Rights not later than November 1 of each calendar year, the total number of African Americas, Hispanic Americans, females, and other persons hired for each job category by the agency during the preceding state fiscal year. The Commision shall, no later than January 1, submit a report to the Legislative Budget Board and the Governor's Office of Budget and Planning compiled from this information.
