Historically Underutilized Businesses Progress Reports (HUB) Up to UHD State Required Reports

(a) Each state agency, including the commission, shall prepare a report for each fiscal year documenting progress under its plan for increasing use of historically underutilized businesses.
(b) The commission, in cooperation with the state auditor, shall develop a standard form for the report.
(c) The state agency shall file the report with the governor, liutenant governor, and the speaker of the house of representatives not later than December 31 of each year.
